MEDICAL RECORDS COURIER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this full time (32-40 hours per week), the Medical Records Courier will provide excellent customer service skills to our clients in San Francisco by providing timely delivery of imaging films, communicate and work as a team member of the facility staff and act as a professional, and courteous BMC Diagnostics representative. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a current (valid)California Driver's License
  • Must have a clean DMV Driving record, pass a criminal background verification
  • Minimum 12 months previous courier experience
  • Intimate knowledge of San Francisco and parking.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Previous courier experience in the medical field is preferrable but not required.

Position is full time (32-40 hours/week) with health benefits available the first of the month after completion of 30 days, paid time off ( up to 2 weeks accrual the first year), 401K and the opportunity to work with top caliber staff.

Patient Services Representative (PSR) - FLOAT

We are currently seeking for a versatile PSR to complement our team! This position will fulfill vacation relief, business and staffing needs within the San Francisco area, more importantly the Menlo Park and Burlingame sites.
Job Requirements

  • Seeking a medical scheduling and data entry individual who has a minimum of 2 years experience with medical terminology, scheduling and account billing.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills required.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous medical scheduling and office assisting experience required.
  • Strong customer service skills and communication skills a must; you will communicate with patients, physicians and medical technologists throughout your day.
  • Ability to work and adjust  to  different geographic locations
  • Full time, hours will be from 7am to 10pm depending on which site is being covered.  Must also be available to work Saturdays.
  • Reliable transportation is a MUST
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation as required by the company

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Manager of Information Systems will play an important role in our current and future growth and development and we are seeking someone with the following qualifications. This position will be to support our existing San Francisco Bay Area business.  Responsibilities will increase as we expand our West Coast footprint.  This position will report to the company Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, test and implement workflow improvement applications.
  • Maintain current hardware and software associated with RIS, PACS and practice management applications.
  • Provide administration support for LAN, WAN and telecommunication services.
  • Manage data reporting and analysis as well as e-commerce applications, including company’s website.
  • Set information technology standards and establish performance guidelines.
  • Provide implementation plans and measurements of IT delivery success for the company to the executive team.
  • Provide high quality information services to internal and external customers with strong customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Self motivated with a strong desire to work in a high growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of information technology management experience in healthcare environment, preferably radiology.
  • Experience in project management including research, development, testing and support of multiple applications.
  • Programming skills are not necessary but a good understanding of the development process is essential.
  • Must be familiar with MS desktop and server applications.
  • Preferably have experience with GE Centricity Practice Management application and RIS business analysis skills.
