BMC Diagnostics can accommodate any scheduling need you may have. Evening and weekend appointments are available. Same day service is also available. For patients requiring prior insurance authorization, our customer service representatives will assume the responsibility.
When you call to schedule an exam, please have the following information available:
· Patient name and phone number
· Referring physician name and phone number
· Insurance company name and phone number
· Type of exam and body area to be examined
· Diagnosis -- Why is the exam being ordered?
· Are there films from a previous exam available?

Insurance

BMC Diagnostics accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare, PPO, HMO, Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury liens. Please call us or contact your insurance provider for further information about your coverage. Discounted cash pricing is also available for patients without insurance.
