BMC Diagnostics Acquires 3T MRI Menlo Atherton

Acquisition Expands Service Offering with Advanced 3-Tesla MRI

Emeryville, California, July 5th, 2006 – BMC Diagnostics, Inc. (BMC), the Bay Area’s leading diagnostic imaging service provider, announced today the acquisition of 3T MRI Menlo Atherton. BMC’s acquisition of 3T MRI enables the company to offer the most advanced MRI technology in the Bay Area. In-addition, BMC can now offer customers four convenient locations: Menlo Park, Burlingame, San Francisco and San Rafael. The transaction was completed July 1st, 2006.
